Servicios

Reservations can be made up to 2 days before your departure date without the purchase of a pre-paid ticket. However, with the purchase of your pre-paid ticket you can make your reservation up to 15 days in advance. For your convenience, we now offer ticket sales over the phone with a credit or debit card.

Walk-ins are welcome, however, please keep in mind that space is limited and we can only offer you our availability.

Important Passenger Information:
  • Reservations can only be made 2 days in advance, applies to Round Trip Tickets as well.
  • All Passengers must CHECK-IN at the office 1 hour before their departure time.
  • We reserve the right to sell a seat 30 min. before departure time, if passenger did not check-in.
  • All infants must have and be seated in their car seat.
  • No pets allowed on board.
  • Please call (702) 642-0007 to make your reservation!
  • We now accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express
Terms and Conditions:
  1. Fares quoted are valid only at Las Vegas Shuttles and participating carriers listed.
  2. All one-way and round-trip tickets are good for 30 days from date of sale.
  3. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS; only changes.
  4. Fares and trip schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Carrier does not guarantee departure or arrival times.
  6. Carrier will not be responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions or other conditions beyond the carrier’s control.
  7. You must present your physical ticket to travel, the carrier will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Luggage Disclaimer/Liability:
  1. Las Vegas Shuttles is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.
  2. Passengers are responsible for retrieving their luggage upon arrival.
  3. Passengers are entitled to 80lbs of luggage per ticket purchase.
  4. Excess luggage will be charged at 50₵ per pound.
  5. No claim in excess of $150.00 will be allowed on verifiable lost luggage with evidence of employee negligence only and must be supported by adult passenger identification and purchased ticket.
